Luka, one time housemate, student pastor, man of God, brother in Christ. This was his last night at our church. I'll miss his love, i'll miss our talks. But even if I don't see him before I will see him in heaven. Tops sermon to finish on.

Old and new

Lunch at Bondi today. They were securing the beach for new years eve, so I turned my attention to the buildings around the beach. I grew up in Bondi and it is just as amazing to see what hasn't changed as it is melancholy to see what has.

Bicentennial Park Homebush

Went for a wander. It wasn't always easy to work out what was natural and what wasn't. I think alot of it is landscaped and planted. But it was a relaxing way to spend an afternoon. [flickr set]

Steve decided it was time for a new vacuum cleaner. Such excitement. It feels like Christmas now! He also got a steam mop. And, best of all, I had the special honour of getting to be first to use them both . . . wait a minute!

Happy Birthday

Popped back to Sydney to wish Miss Leanne a very happy Birthday. Oh my. Yet more eating. I will to spend the next week running to work it off. The chocolate fountain was my downfall. But oh so very nice.

I stopped revived to survive at the War Memorial Lookout. It was blowing a gale. Wind chill made it feel about 10 degreess. Certainly woke me up. And my little nero corto has been blown all over the road. Well I still have a long way to go. So it's on the road again.

Stupid game. B2 got me, dearthy, gorf, chensee, rob and rollo together for a spot of bowling.

Christmas shopping

First day of holidays and it's off christmas shopping. Westfields was about as busy as a normal Saturday. Once again the family shop was all done in the one place.

My nemesis

The locker server. The backup hard drive has died again. :(
